Eligibility

The Shinesty – The Wine Mixer of Barely Legal Gifts Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are natural persons at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to receive any Prize containing alcoholic beverages. If a Prize Period includes alcohol and a selected Winner is under 21, that Winner will be disqualified for that Prize Period and an alternate Winner will be selected.

Employees of Shinesty, Inc. (“Shinesty”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, suppliers, and immediate household/family members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.

Participation constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Shinesty’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Timing

The Sweepstakes begins on December 11th, 2025 at 2:00 PM MT and ends on December 17th, 2025 at 11:59 PM MT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sweepstakes consists of seven (7) individual Prize Periods:

Entries submitted outside the designated Prize Period are not eligible and do not roll into future Prize Periods.

How to Enter

Entrants may submit one (1) Submission per natural person per Prize Period, regardless of entry method. Each Prize Period is a standalone drawing.

A. Purchase Entry Using the Code of the Day

Enter the correct Code of the Day for that Prize Period in the Order Notes section at checkout.

Additional purchase-entry rules:

The Code must be submitted exactly as provided.

Codes are distributed through Shinesty’s social media, email, and other marketing channels.

Only the first order containing the correct Code of the Day counts as an entry.

Multiple orders do not generate multiple entries.

Each valid Purchase Entry equals one (1) Submission.

D. Additional Entry Conditions

Only one (1) Submission per Prize Period per Entrant.

Submissions do not carry over to future Prize Periods.

Automated entries or attempts to circumvent limits may result in disqualification.

Shinesty is not responsible for late, lost, corrupted, or incomplete Submissions.

Shinesty may verify any Submission for compliance.

4. Selection of Winners

For each Prize Period, Shinesty will randomly select Winner(s) from all eligible Submissions received during that Prize Period.

Drawings occur during the Prize Period or within twenty-four (24) hours afterward.

Odds depend solely on the number of valid Submissions received.

Winner Notification

Potential Winners will be notified at the email address associated with their Submission and must respond within three (3) business days to:

confirm eligibility

provide verification information (name, mailing address, date of birth)

provide valid proof of age if the Prize includes alcohol

Failure to respond may result in forfeiture.
Winners should allow up to four (4) weeks for Prize delivery.

Prizes

Each Prize Period includes a unique Prize announced during that day’s Prize Period through Shinesty’s website, emails, and marketing channels.

Entrants must be 21+ to receive Prizes containing alcohol. Underage Winners will be replaced with alternate Winners.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Shinesty may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Prizes are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

Release

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Shinesty and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and prize suppliers (the “Released Parties”) from any claims arising from participation or Prize use.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, Entrants consent to Shinesty’s use of their name, likeness, voice, submission, and biographical information for promotional purposes without compensation.

General Conditions

Shinesty may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if issues impair its integrity.
Shinesty may disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

Limitation of Liability

Released Parties are not responsible for:

technical malfunctions

lost or misdirected Submissions

unauthorized access or tampering

administrative or fulfillment errors

injury or damage resulting from participation or Prize use

Entrants participate at their own risk.

Disputes

All disputes will be resolved individually and governed by the laws of Colorado.
