Fourgy Promotion Terms & Conditions

The Fourgy promotion (the “Promotion”) runs from December 5th, 2025 at 6:00 PM Mountain Time through December 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility & Qualifying Orders

The Promotion is valid only on orders placed on Shinesty.com during the Promotion Period.

Eligible products include all underwear and socks, including subscription items added to cart at checkout.

Subscription renewals do not qualify. A qualifying subscription item must be newly added to cart during the Promotion Period.

No more than three subscription products may be included in a single order.
2. Offer Details

For every four (4) eligible underwear or sock items purchased in the same order, you will receive two (2) eligible items free in the same order.

Free items apply to the lowest-priced qualifying items in the cart.

The offer scales: for example, buying eight (8) qualifying items results in four (4) free items.

Offer applies automatically in cart while supplies last.

Offer does not apply to any pre-packed underwear.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Free items received through this Promotion are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items.

If you return part of your order and it brings your qualifying item count below the threshold for free items, you must also return the free items to receive a full refund for the paid items.

Exchanges for size or color of paid items do not require returning free items.

4. General Terms

The Promotion is valid only while supplies last.

Shinesty may modify or end the Promotion at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page.
