  3. The sweepstakes is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the United States.
  4. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim their prize.
  5. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
  1. ELIGIBILITY: The Shinesty Underwear Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Shinesty LLC (the "Sponsor") and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the entrant ("You") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.
  3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes is ongoing, and will continue until further notice, or until terminated by the sponsor. In the event of termination, the sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award prizes to the winners selected before the termination date. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person, email address, or household in excess of the stated limit will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
  5. PRIZE: One (1) winner will be selected quarterly from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will receive a gift card that can be used to purchase 12 pairs of underwear of their choosing from Shinesty.com. The gift card can only be used at Shinesty.com. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $350. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable.
  6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days following the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
