If I could give you a zero I would. Size way too small. Pouch for my balls is a joke. Doesn’t hold my balls in place Materials too flimsy These shorts are poorly made I won’t recommend too anyone. If it wasn’t such a hassle I would send them back.

Good short, not for me
The materials on the shorts was great and I love the ball hammock (what’s not to like). I got the shorts to run and the thigh pocket didn’t hold my phone, it fell out twice. I think the shorts have promise, but didn’t work well for me.
